At Trenzzo , customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

The return request must be initiated within 2 of receiving the order.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Digital products or downloadable content

Customized or personalized items

Clearance, sale, or final-sale items (unless defective)

Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at trends@trenzzo.in

Clear photos or videos showing the problem
Upon verification, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at no additional cost.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Wait for return approval and instructions.

Ship the item to the return address provided.

Once received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your return.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other eligible returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

8. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To request an exchange, contact us at trends@trenzzo.in with your order details and supporting photos.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 8 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
